Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member") and bdtk36 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Continued use of the bdtk36 platform constitutes your acceptance of these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
- "Platform" means the bdtk36 website accessible at bdtk36.app and all associated services, game interfaces and mobile-optimised pages operated thereunder.
- "Member" or "Player" means any individual who has completed the registration process and holds an active bdtk36 account.
- "Account Balance" means the total of real-money funds and, where separately accounted for, bonus funds held in a Member's bdtk36 wallet at any given time.
- "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Member by bdtk36, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds.
- "Eligible Transaction" means any deposit or withdrawal processed in Bangladeshi Taka via an approved payment method listed in Section 7.
- "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory from which access to the bdtk36 platform is restricted under applicable law or bdtk36 policy.
2. Eligibility and Registration
2.1 To register an account with bdtk36, you must be at least 21 years of age. By completing registration, you warrant that you are 21 or older and that you have provided accurate, truthful and complete personal information. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms.
2.2 Registration is open to residents of Bangladesh. Residents of territories where online gaming is explicitly prohibited under local law are not permitted to register. It is the sole responsibility of the Member to determine whether their participation in online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction.
2.3 Each individual may hold only one registered account at bdtk36. Attempts to circumvent this rule — including but not limited to registering under a family member's identity, using a different mobile number, or exploiting VPN access — will result in termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.4 bdtk36 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of membership, including but not limited to a government-issued National ID card, passport, or mobile banking statement confirming ownership of the deposit method used. Failure to provide requested documents within 7 days may result in account suspension.
3. Account Security
3.1 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your bdtk36 account. You must not share your password with any third party or allow any other person to access your account on your behalf.
3.2 bdtk36 will never contact you by phone, email or messaging service to request your password. Any such communication purportedly from bdtk36 requesting your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
3.3 In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdtk36 support at [email protected] as soon as practicable. bdtk36 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the account pending the outcome of that investigation.
4. Responsible Gaming and Age Verification
4.1 bdtk36 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. Members are encouraged to make use of the self-service tools available within their account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options.
4.2 Self-exclusion may be requested for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 12 months or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to deposit, place bets or access any real-money features of the platform.
4.3 If you believe your gambling is becoming a problem, we urge you to contact our support team and to review our dedicated Responsible Gaming page for guidance, self-assessment tools and external support resources.
4.4 Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from using the bdtk36 platform. If bdtk36 discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member is under 21, the account will be suspended immediately, all transactions since registration will be reviewed and any winnings will be voided. bdtk36 will not return deposits made by an underage person without first completing an investigation and, where required, notifying the appropriate authority.
5. Bonus Terms and Promotional Offers
5.1 Promotional offers published on the bdtk36 platform are subject to the specific terms stated within each individual promotion. Where no specific terms are stated, the following general bonus terms apply.
5.2 Bonus funds are credited to a Member's account upon satisfaction of the qualifying conditions stated in the relevant promotion (typically a minimum qualifying deposit). Welcome bonus funds are credited within 24 hours of the qualifying deposit being confirmed.
5.3 Standard wagering requirements are 25x the value of bonus funds received. Wagering contributions vary by game category: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 20%, and sports betting wagers contribute 100% at odds of 1.80 or greater. Wagers placed on restricted games do not count toward wagering requirements.
5.4 Bonus funds expire 30 days after crediting if wagering requirements have not been met within that period. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from those funds are forfeited without compensation.
5.5 bdtk36 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Members who have already opted into a promotion at the time of its withdrawal or modification will continue to be subject to the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, unless the modification is required by law or by a change in platform policy that affects all Members equally.
5.6 Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements, or used in conjunction with any other bonus unless the relevant promotion explicitly states otherwise.
6. Deposits and Withdrawals
6.1 All transactions on bdtk36 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum transaction limits may apply to specific payment methods and will be communicated within the cashier interface.
6.2 Deposits are processed immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. bdtk36 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile banking downtime or network connectivity issues on the part of the Member's service provider.
6.3 Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. Processing times for specific payment methods — including bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay — are subject to the operating hours and internal processing times of those providers. Bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank and BRAC Bank may take up to 3 business days.
6.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account details used for the original deposit. bdtk36 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts held in a different name to the registered Member, or accounts in a currency other than BDT.
6.5 bdtk36 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and applies equally to all Members regardless of their account standing.
7. Approved Payment Methods
bdtk36 currently accepts transactions via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa and Mastercard. The availability of individual payment methods may change without prior notice. Members are advised to check the cashier section of their account for the current list of active channels at any given time.
8. Game Rules and Betting
8.1 All games available on bdtk36 — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, fish shooting titles and sports betting markets — are governed by the rules published within each game interface or sportsbook market. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing real-money wagers.
8.2 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including server disconnection, software error or interrupted data feed — bdtk36 will investigate the affected round and either settle it according to the data available at the time of interruption or void it and return the stake to the Member's account balance. The decision of bdtk36 in such matters is final.
8.3 Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds at which the wager is settled, regardless of subsequent market movements. bdtk36 reserves the right to void any sports bet placed on a market that was listed in error, at manifestly incorrect odds or in circumstances where a match result was already known at the time of placement.
8.4 Maximum win limits apply to individual game rounds and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market and form part of the applicable game rules. Wins that exceed the stated maximum payout will be capped at the published limit.
9. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdtk36 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and potential legal action where applicable:
- Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches for financial gain. Members who discover a bug are required to report it to support rather than exploit it.
- Collusion with other players on live casino tables or in any game format where such collusion provides an unfair advantage.
- Fraudulent use of payment methods, including chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials or misrepresentation of transaction origins.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim promotional offers more than once.
- Any form of money laundering, including structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds.
- Threatening, abusing or harassing bdtk36 staff or other players via any communication channel.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All content on the bdtk36 platform — including but not limited to the bdtk36 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text content, software and structural layout — is the intellectual property of bdtk36 or its licensed providers. Reproduction, redistribution or commercial use of any part of the platform without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
10.2 Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is governed by their separate licensing agreements with bdtk36.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
bdtk36 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering with bdtk36 you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. A copy of the current Privacy Policy is available at all times via the footer navigation of the bdtk36 website.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 bdtk36 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous service availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from interruption, error or data loss at all times.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdtk36's total liability to any Member for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the value of that Member's account balance at the time the relevant event giving rise to liability occurred.
12.3 bdtk36 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from a Member's use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of anticipated winnings.
13. Amendments to These Terms
bdtk36 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a notice displayed on the platform at login. Continued use of bdtk36 following the publication of amended terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Members who do not accept the amended terms must close their account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the change.
14. Governing Language
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these terms, the English-language version shall be the definitive and authoritative text. Any translation provided for convenience does not have legal force.
